Tomato Soup AGAIN!

Big thanks to everyone who answered my post -- who knew tomato soup would be such a hot topic!!! I think I have solved my problem. I forgot that I had a gastric bypass cookbook that I got prior to my surgery. Duh! Never liked to cook and it's no different now. :>) The book is EATING WELL AFTER WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY by Patt Levine and Michele Bontempo-Saray. Patt had gastric bypass surgery. The book has 3 (count 'em) recipes for tomato soup!!! Two are so basic I can even do them! The basic ingredients are canned tomatoes and plain yogurt with spices. You drain the tomatoes and put them, along with the yogurt, in the blender to puree. Add your spices. That's it! I don't have the ingredients on hand to make it but you can BET I will be getting them the next time I go to the store...
