Hi Karen, tomorrow's meeting at PMRI is at 10AM and is all about protein. Should be a good one. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend this time, but sounds like there is going to be a good crowd. Be sure and look up Elissa or Linda - they will help you meet all of the OH Delaware friends!! ((hugs)) Carla
