re: Old Time Lurker's
Hey Brett.
Good hearing from you. Well I just got back from sunny Cancun. 85 degrees, sunny and warm tropical breezes. I was there for my niece's wedding. 68 family members and friends made the trip. I sure surprised some of them who hadn't seen me in 2 yrs. WOW! The compliments were awesome. I had a great time. Swam everyday, walked, played with the grandkids, snorkled. I managed to smuggle a suitcase full of my own food and protein with me , so I was able to stay on track. I'm still exerciseing 2 hrs a days, 5 days a week. So far I'm still loosing. I'll take every lb and inch I can get. I do feel great. Doc said I could relax a little on the proteins. I hate to change my routine, it's working for me.
So what makes you think all the northern gals were so tough? I think you grew on some of us, more than others. I think some people were scared of you and your "tell it like it is talk." Your smile won me over the 1st time we met and the fact you and hubby had the Mason thing in common was kinda cool. What's the chances of you becoming a surgeon? What do you have to do to get the pay and recognition of a surgeon? Or would it mean tons more school? Well, I guess you are becoming a good golfer? All that practice is good for you. How's your Mom & Dad? Hope everyone is okay.
Good to hear from you Brett. ((HUGS)) Elissa
