I need to buy an unflavored protein powder. I am not sure which one to get. I have a sample of Unjury that Misty gave me, but haven't tried it yet. What are some of the brands that you would recommend and where to find them. I bought Vanilla Whey Tech to make shakes with. Thanks again for all your help, Donna

Donna, I have been very happy with the unflavored Unjury. I mix it in Crystal lite Orange & pink grapefruit. About 16oz of the liquid and 1 scoop of powder. Mixed in my tupperware cup or in the blender with ice. MMMMM. Not grainy at all. I drink 3 a day usually. I am in the process of going to 2 a day. I also use the dry Isopure strawberry powder mixed in about 14 oz Carb Countdown skim milk for a change. I put it in the blender with fruit for variety and taste. MMMMM. This helps me get in the fluids and protein at the same time. 3 X's a day = 60/76 grams of protein. Then I have my 3 meals and a snack. I feel balanced, regular and my labs are good. Hope this helps. ((HUGS)) Elissa

Donna, The unjury unflavored (www) unjury.com and All The Whey (www) allthewhey.com/ are the two best unflavored powders I have found, both in taste (or lack there of), consistency and mix-ability. I have tried a couple that made me gag my toenails to even think about them. To me the Unjury and the All The Whey are comparable except for these differences; Unjury (isolate) is quite a bit more expensive Unjury mixes into my food item a little better Unjury is convenient - you can purchase it at the docs office if you are close to that area. Unjury does not use splenda they use "the other one - what is that called?" All the Whey is quite a bit less expensive 13.99 for a two pound container of unflavored isolates, quite a bit less for a blend. All the Whey does not mix quite as well as Unjury, but I find it mixes good none the less. All the Whey uses Splenda for it sweetener. All the Whey has many flavors available. Suggestion, try the sample packs of both? FYI - Both Unjury and All the Whey offer sample packs. BTW - I have received good customer service from both places. Just a thought, the Vanilla Whey Tech only has 17 gms of protein per scoop at 110 cal? Not sure of those numbers ... I have it in my pantry also, but I don't use it all that often. If you are doing a lot of shakes per day, those numbers may become significant to you. I do like the fact that the Whey Tech uses splenda as their sweetener though. Best wishes finding what works for you! Hope this helps some! Tammy
