re: Home from Cancun

Ole' friends. Home safe & sound from my niece's wedding in Cancun. It was fabulous. 68 family & friends made the trip. The place & weather was gorgeous. I was honored as God-mother to get up and do a reading at the church. I felt sooooo good in my sexy flowy dress. Will post new picture when I get it. Got so many compliments from people I haven't seen since the last wedding 2 yrs and 152 lbs ago. I am soooo blessed. I encourage people to travel and venture out. You just have to do a little prep work. Course I tried to make good choices when it came to eating. Thank goodness the fruit and seafood choices. They were my biggest options. Sounds like a topic for a support meeting. I had a condo with a kitchen & hot tub. So I did my 2 favorite things. I guess my hubby missed me, cause when he picked me up at the airport last night I got my 1st dozen red roses, with a wonderful card and a kiss. Gosh, I got teary eyed & was so touched I could hardly speak, Imagine that!! It'll take awhile to catch up. I know I missed a bunch. Elissa

Hi Elissa, Welcome home! Sounds like a fabulous trip and an even better home coming. I'm so glad you had a good time and look forward to seeing your pics. Just amazing. Maybe bring pics to the Saturday meeting? I can't wait to see everyone's progress since I was undermined by last months snow storm. Linda
