I'm not quite sure who mentioned this tea awhile back but I wanted to let you know I found an Orange Spice variety at Trader Joe's. It's $1.99 for 20 tea bags. I am primarily a coffee drinker but I found that this tea is quite good! It's organic, and decaf -- of course. Question: are all teas decaf, because sometimes it doesn't say on the packaging? Trader Joe no longer carries flax seed. Can someone tell me where I can get it in N. Delaware???? or in PA??? THANKS! KIT

Hey Kit, I stopped by Trader Joe's this evening and they had plenty of Flax Seed Meal. Not sure if you were looking for something else. Meal just has to be refrigerated and sprinkled-on. I bought four bags just because I hate to run out. Mona's Health Food Store also has flax seed. good luck on your hunt... Rob

Hey Rob, Thanks for the info. From how it sounds, I was looking for the wrong thing. I never used the flax seeds before (I use wheat germ) and I wanted to try something different. Trader Joes does have the flax seed meal. I asked the clerk about flax seed and he said they didn't carry it anymore, that they only had the meal. He called it flour and said people bake with it. I guess that's why I was confused. Didn't think that was what I was looking for... But now I know, thanks to you... :>) Glad I asked! Take care... Kit

Hi Kit, It was me posting about the rooibos tea. Thanks for the info about TJ's carrying it, I'm going to be up that way Friday and will be sure to get some, orange spice sounds nice! I use whole flax seeds and get them at Shady Maple Farm Market up the road in PA. http://www.shady-maple.com/index.htm I get it in the bulk foods section and keep it in the freezer. I take out a little at a time and grind it in my coffee / spice grinder then keep it in a container in the fridge. I eat it everyday in oatmeal, cottage cheese, etc. You might be able to find the whole seeds at the food co-op in Newark or maybe Natures Way ( health food store in Newark shopping center ) I haven't checked either of those places yet. I like the excuse of going up to Shady Maple LOL. Linda

Hi Linda, Thanks for your info. I found out from Rob S. that I could use the meal that Trader Joe's sells. I was looking for the whole seeds and got confused since the clerk called it "flour". Anyway, it seems that the meal is the seeds already ground up. You might want to try it when you need more, since you are grinding your own? Does that make sense? Also, definitely check out the orange spice tea!!! I have a real problem now because I like coffee but now I like the tea too and I have to make a choice of one EVERY DAY -- it's a hard one! Kit
