congrads joe! Its the small things, that I noticed too, One of mine was being able to run after my neice and nephews. Now I notice that I dont huff and puff hard walking up hill on skis, 6years ago was the last season that I skied and I weighed 300lbs., I haven't been this weight since I was in college 20 years ago.

Wow Joe, Just making it to the Suer Bowl was a big WOW. I was definetly looking for your handsome face in the crowd. Amazing thing about planes, they are not built for obese people. I cheered when I took my first vacation last May. I'm sure the stewardess's must have thought I was going nuts. Charlie was shocked 1st, then chuckled when I explained it to him why I was laughing & crying all at the same time. It is awesome to be able not to struggle to keep up with everyone else. Walking without getting out of breath more than 1 flight of steps was a biggy for me. Our condo was on the 3rd floor in Cancun. No elevator. I didn't run up them, but I was able to make the steps without stopping at least 18 times a day. Had to keep up with the kids and grandkids. Didn't even break into a sweat. Even the son-in-law commented how well I was getting around compared to last year. Kinda cool, huh. You'll hit the Century mark before you know it Joe. Keep up the fantastic job. You are looking marvelous. Elissa
