Can we have sugar free fudgesicles? I am sure we can but want to double check. Also, we can not eat this all at one sitting right? Thanks, Christie~3 days post op

As for the sugar free Fudgesicles, they may say sugar free, but check the suagr alcohols.....thats the catch with things that are "sugar free", they can be loaded with sugar alcohols. i hope this helps. -Joe-

Joe's right Christie. Check the sugar alcohols, if the sugar & sugar alcohol is under 6 grams then you can have it. If over then beware, you might dump and that my friend is not too pleasant. How's it going otherwise? Getting any walking in? Elissa

Hi Joe & Elissa, Thank you both. Yes They are under 6g of sugar. I did make sure of that. Yes I have gotten my walking in. Alot if I do say so but not too much to overdue it. I just have to take more precautions because of my history of DVT's. I am doing good otherwise. Thanks everyone (((hugs)))) Christie~~3 days post op
