RE: 1 YEAR POST CHECKUP
Elissa-
This is awesome! I'm so impressed with your journey, your weight-loss and your life-gain! I truly admire the zest with which you seem to be addressing post-operative routines and really appreciate how helpful and open you are to people like me who are just starting and trying to figure this stuff out. What is the thing that has come out of all this that you are the most grateful for? What is the thing that you least expected? Keep up the great work...and thanks for all the support you offer to the rest of us. You really make a difference.
Peace-
Susane
Dear Elissa,
You have done a tremendous job and with wonderful results. Know that evryone is very proud of you and that you are greatly appreciated. You're such a blessing to so many people and you are a wonderful cook as well I've gotten several good ideas from you. I'm sure that your family is very happy to have a healthy wife, mother and grandmother with them for many more years to come. Thank God that you have added years to your life by this decision that you made to STICK WITH THE PROGRAM.....IN OVERTIME. That's alot of protein girl!
God bless and may this next year be even better!
Mama
congrads Elissa!,You are doing great! instead of the protein drinks you might want to try getting 3-4 oz servings of a lean meat(turkey, chicken, fish, eggs, beef, pork) would give you the required 80-85 grams of protein that you need. I was discussing protein shakes with this bodybuilder at work, I said "how can you stand to drink that Isopure, I think it tastes awful", He told me the advantage to protein shakes is they are low in calories and low in fat, which allows him to build lean body muscle mass.he said " I get pass the awful taste by chugging it down".
