I am having problems dropping my last 3 lbs. in order to complete my life skill's program. Every scale I've been on doesn't match up with the one @ PMRI. I had a DR.'s app. @ 11:00 this morning and by 2:00 at my app. with Dr Monoseart I had GAINED 5 1/4 pounds. He suggested I stop taking premarin (hormone replacement) Does anyone have any suggestions??? Bonnie

Hi Bonnie! First suggestion is to only go by the weights from 1 scale - the one at PMRI that will decide whether you pass or fail the class. Second suggestion is to increase your aerobic exercise. That helps get tha****er weight off. Final suggestion is to try a water pill for a couple of days before your final weigh-in (and be sure to go to the bathroom before the weigh-in). As a post-op, I can honestly say that the stress of trying to lose weight for that class actually caused me to overeat. I was within 1 pound of failing the class and Danielle basically told me to do "whatever I had to do" to lose the weight. I did SlimFast & Water pills to pass the final weigh-in. It wasn't the healthiest option but it worked and got me over that hump. Good luck! Cassandra
