I need to vent

I am so upset with Dr. Adelekes office they were supposed to fax over my clearance and all week they have not done this so this is holding up my insurance approval and my surgery is on 1/26/05. Today Misty called me from Dr. Irgau's office and said they are faxing it over to her today finally. I am so scared that my insurance will not have enough time to approve me for surgery on Wednesday. I have Delaware Physicians Care Medicaid Misty said they usually take up to 3 days for approval but who knows when dealing with Medicaid. I am so frustrated I have been through so much and know to get down to the last few days and now this it is upsetting. Please keep me in your prayers. I want so badly to have this surgery. I broke down and was crying yesturday because of it being so close to my surgery date. Has anyone else had to deal with Medicaid and do you know how long they took to approve it. Thanks for letting me vent. I love you guys on here so much for being here to listen.

Thank you guys so much for caring that really means alot to me. I spoke to Misty yesturday and she assured me that she sent everything to the insurance office so now I am playing the waiting game. She said not to worry it should be ok. So as long as I still have my surgery date that is when I will have it done. I will show up on 1/26/05 go to sleep and wake up a loser. I am really dreading the liquid diet I am going to start that tomorrow just to be on the safe side. Again thanks and yes Christie we will be taking that walk together so get ready sweetie.

Hi Michelle I know the feeling. I had a delay because of the Pulmonary's office not informing me that I needed a CPap machine for sleep apenea. My surgery got delayed a week. Rest assured that it is in God's hands and you will have the surgery on the day that God deems is best for you. I am sending love and prayers your way. ((Hugs)) Rose
