I am looking for a local lap band buddy - any takers out there?

I have my appt. with Dr. Irgau in a couple of weeks and am definitely, positively getting the lap band. I wonder if there is anyone out there who has already had it who would like to e-mail me and be my buddy throughout the whole ordeal. I think it would be to have someone help me through it. Me too. 3 years ago i was denied surgery/no insurance. Now I'm trying again but since I passed 55 I can only get the lap band. I'm looking for feedback from others as well in DE. Are you at the groups? RSVP, please
