Question about Medical ID Tags

A few months back there was some discussion about Medical ID bracelets/tags. I know several people have purchased them from http://www.laurenshope.com and I was hoping that you'd offer up what you have written on your tags for suggestions.

Nicki Z-M had great stuff engraved on her tag, so I'm hoping she'll post that again

...and I'm hoping any of the others of you with good ideas about what HAS to be on there and what SHOULD be on there will post that so that some new ones of us can get our bracelets ordered pre-op! Thanks!

I too got mine from laurens hope and just love it. The service was quick and the jewlery good quality. Mine says: Gastric Bypass NO NG Tube No NSAIDS I am thinking of getting another on my 1st birthday

Hi Susane It looks like everyone has answered your questions. I got mine from Lauren's Hope. It was a little expensive. The service was fast. I ordered it one night and received my bracelet the next morning. I love mine. The price does include one free resizing. Mine says: Gastric Bypass 12/08/2004 No NSAIDS No NG Tube On my anniversary, I want to get another one that will include my name, along with the above and Dr. Irgau's name and phone number. Rose
