Another "WOW" moment

Hi Everyone

I got on the scale this morning and could not believe my eyes. I am down 30 pounds since surgery, December 8th and 60 pounds since August when I first started on my journey.

Would you believe that two people at church called me "skinny" today. Now I know that I am far from skinny, but I loved the compliment. I have been grinning from ear to ear all day.
