I just signed up as a member, and I have a surgery date for Feb. 2, 2005. I've been coming to this website and "cruising" it for the last month, and I've gotten a lot of great info, and I can feel the support everyone gives each other. I'm happy to see some of my Life Skills class members who post here, too! I'm having some problems with a sleep study that I had to schedule because I didn't realize there had to be a certain amount of time between the date of the sleep study and my surgery date, in case I have sleep apnea and have to go on a CPAP machine. Long story short, my sleep study date is 1/21, and I can only hope I don't have it!!! I'm trying not to get too excited, in case my date is postponed, but that's really hard not to do! The more I come to this website and look at the great photos, the more I am sure that although a year ago I never thought I would do this, I'm at the right place now

Hey Bertie! It's good to see you posting.

I'll be thinking of you on your sleep study day...be sure not to go a day early! Heh. That's the day I get my endoscopy done. Let us know how everything goes! Peace- Susane
