really good protein bar

Hi everyone Yesterday, I went to my first post-op nutritionist appointment at PMRI. Since I will be going back to work on the 17th, I asked Julie for suggestions on how to get sufficient protein in during the work day. One of the things she recommended was the Lean Body Gold Protein Bar. These protein bars are sold at the Vitamin Shop. The caramel peanut flavor has 30 grams of protein, 7 grams of sugar and 320 calories. I tastes just like a snickers bar. I was only able to eat half. Boy was it good. Yum. Rose
