Tried a new Protein Powder

I bought this protein powder from the vitamin shoppe a little while ago and I really am starting to really like it alot. Its by Biochem and it says something like... protein lo carb on the can and it states Whey Protein on it. The flavor is Caramel vanilla swirl! In 2 scoops of protein it has 4 grams of sugar, 100 calories and 20 grams of protein. I like to put crushed ice and a little milk and 2 1/2 scoops of protein shake and a dash of vanilla and a couple packs of splenda and blend it all up in the blender for a frosty treat. I think it tastes pretty good Just wanted to share. Oh its like 15 dollar a canister. Elizabeth M
