Ok..I've used the nioxin..and it works for me(thanks Elissa!) and now I found something that helps my new growth..and my hair look thicker..Its by biosilk ..silk therapy thickening builder. It really made a difference. I have fine hair..and it does look better..thank goodness..I've been doing all I can. I'm used to lots of hair..and now..well..its not quite the same. But, I do have a lot of new growth. I would guess I lost 1/4- 1/2 of my hair up front..but it looks better now. I bought this at CVS(Eckerds)..and even saw they carry Nioxin now! Good prices...Just thought I would pass that along. Have a great week! Hugs, Kimberly

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm thinning in the front (top) too. I didn't see much help from the Nioxin (but that's just me). I'm going to try this Biosilk stuff! I've also tried another product that has helped. It's called Redken 06 Thickening Lotion/Body Builder. I have a relative that is a hairdresser who got it for me but I've seen it around. I like to shop at Ulta (next to the Concord Mall). If you have a member card (free) you get lots of coupons in the mail for $$$$ off and they often have buy 1 , get 1 type sales. Good luck everyone!
