Hello everyone - Long time no post! I was scheduled for my consult in August and I had a sudden job cange, so of course insurance changed, and I had to start all over. I called Chrias the other day, to finally reschedule my consult, and they set me up with Dr. Peters on Jan 10. Does anyone have any info on him, or experiences? I have done loads of research on Dr. Wynn & Dr. Irgau. And wow, I cant believe the consult is so soon. Last time I called in Janaury, and got a consult in August. Anways any information would be so helpful! Michelle

Dr Peters did my second egd. I found him very caring and knowledgable. He was also on call when my sister went to ed and was admitted with her kidney stone. She really feels that she received great care. I've heard nothing but good about him, he seems to follow the same philosophy as Drs Irgau and Wynn and is as caring as they are, too. Congrats on such a soon consult date. Must be rough starting all over. Dianne

Hey Michelle, I don;t know much about his education, OMG i can;t believe i don;t I guess i just trusted him instantly. I had my first consult with him this past TUesday I did see many diplomas/Degrees in his office (does that count). Anyhow, i was very nervous about seeing him b/c i had heard so much about DR. I and Dr. Wynn, and none about him, but he was the absolute nicest guy .....doctor i have ever had, wish i could find a gyno that i liked that much, hahha He seems to know his stuff, and don;t worry about asking to many questions, he seemed to anwer mine before i could get the whole thing out and he didn't hesitate to call his staff during our meeting to confirm insurance info, which i thought was way cool, most docs let you do the leg work. Actually i was getting ready to post a msg about how iam feeling, i feel like iam in a whirl wind, I do wantthe sugery (think iam going with the lap-band-dr peters suggested it to be better 4 me) but OMG like ppl have been calling me to set up my surgery at St. Francis, Christiana.....SLOW DOWN.... i just got my appts for the Cardio and pulmo guys....St Francis is cheaper (if Dr. Peters brings it up) then Christiana for the class' ...St F wants me in by Feb 28th..OMG WHOA ... i was banking on line march...APRIL. LOL So i got alot of phone calls to make to move my already schedule apts up if i can. I think this new news about the end of Feb will freak out my hubby.....LOL Sorry i talked alot.... thanx 4 listening, hope i was SOME kinda help to ya.... if you wanna email me thats kewl, since we both are just starting out, even if we have slightly different paths..thats okie too. -christina P.S Didn't proof read.......sorry in advance for anything and everything

Dr. Peters is my doctor. I am pre-op. I read all this degrees and certs and he passed the test when I ask him. Ok, how many have you done, how many complications have you had.. etc etc etc. I have found him to be personable and caring. Easy to talk to. I think you will like him. I'm very picky and he passed by me with flying colors. Gigee
