Wanette, Great job! Especially the 30 minute walk. A lot of people put off the exercise since the weight is shedding so fast but I think it is real important to start incorporating exercise into your new lifestyle as soon as possible. Hopefully your calculations will come true, although I'm hoping that you meant May 2005. Don't get down on your self if you hit some plateaus upon the weigh. You really don't have any idea how fast or how slow the weight will fall off in any given week-month-year. Take it as it comes. Your budRob

Wanette, EXCELLENT report!!! Off your meds already??? TOO Cool! Oh yeah ... oh yeah!!! Rob makes some excellent points ... take them to heart!!! Truly the exercises will make all the difference in how you feel and I hear how you keep your weight off. (time will tell I guess) Keep up the good work!!! Tammy
