Correction

I would like to correct myself on a posting I did the other day on this site regarding Dr. Sam Miller and his office. I made false conclusions when I posted the message stating that Dr. MIller's office was closing due to malpractice issues. This was totally incorrect and I would like to set the record straight and let everyone know that this is not the case at all. 1. I was not representing Blue Cross of De when I made this statement on this message board December 8th at 3:56 pm. 2. Dr. Miller will continue to perform general surgery procedures. My understanding is that he has voluntarily elected to stop performing bariatric surgery. 3. I am unaware of any malpractice cases related to Dr. Miller and his bariatric practice. I sincerely apologize to anyone this might have affected.
