I am Home
Hi everyone
Boy, does it feel good to be home. Thank you all for the emails, phone calls and visits. Lots of love in Delaware. Would you believe that I did not get to see this mysterious clown everyone talks about. A very nice lady volunteer brought up my emails.
Margie and Deanne were also in the hospital with me recovering after having surgery. It was really nice having our own little support group in the hospital.
Last month, I had ordered a can of carmel popcorn glazed with pecans and walnuts from the boy scouts. Of course, it got delivered while I was in the hospital. The nurses loved getting the treat.
Well, I am getting off the computer now. I have 2 days of liquids and then it is off to puree. ( Did you know that if you pronounce puree with a little bit of an accent it sounds like a famous city in France. It must be the drugs. )
Rose
Hi Rose, Welcome to the Looser's side. Keep walking. That is part of your job for the next month. Then you can really get into exercising.
Ok OK. Rest, walp, sip and keep breathong. Have fun with the Puree. Remember if you can chop and thin it you can have it. Well excludeing sugar of course. Get that 1st great shower yet? It'll be the best you ever have. ((HUGS)) Elissa
