Just wanted to share :)

Hi everyone, Well the bad vitamin episode that I had is behind me now. (crushed a vitamin and took it and got REAL sick). I have been struggling terrible with cravings. Just awful cravings! I finally was able to get to the vitamin shoppe to pick up my bottle of liquid vitamins and took some last night. Not to be graphic but I woke up this morning and my skin smelled like the vitamins!!! I scrubbed with pretty smelling body wash and afterwards I felt sooo much better. So far today I haven't had any sugar cravings at all!!! I guess the whole time I was lacking my liquid vitamin! BOY did not having it create havoc! Just wanted to share with you how great this vitamin is. Its just the vitamin shoppe brand that they recommend for gastric bypass patients. They say its the best in the store for our type since we absorb differently and its packed full of the calcium citrate, and other forms and packed full of other goodies, I tell you I feel sooooo much better! Hey Elizabeth, Glad your feeling better....What is the name of the liquid vitamin from the Vitamin shoppe?

I can't recall but I will take a peek when I get home tonight and post later... but I am pretty sure it just says Liquid Vitamin (Vitamin Shoppe Brand) its a large white bottle with black letters. I got it at the store on 202 when you walk in and go straight back to the wall, its all the way to the right on the upper shelf. Of course you can ask them they will probably know just what you are looking for. It has extra vitamins in it and I compared it to all the other vitamins in there and it just seems like its the best there is Plus they said its the best for gastric bypass so I trusted them and so far so good Plus its not quite as expensive as the other larger bottles that are chewable. It was $20.19 a bottle but lasts a while. Its easier for me to take. Its very orangy tasting (not that great) I just down 1 oz of it and chase it with my isopure and thats it I feel soooo much better today though! Just an incredible difference in how I feel! I'm shocked that the other vitamins I was taking didnt seem to be doing anything for me. Best Wishes and I will double check the label for you Elizabeth M

Is this liquid vitamin what you take instead of the childrens chewables or does it include the b12, calcium and the iron?? Just wondering? Missy
