How much should I be

eating. I eat anywhere from 2 - 4 oz at a meal. Sometimes I feel that's too much being only a week post op. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Michele

You are doing well for a week out. I was able to do 2-3oz. at that time and it took me forever to eat! Broth became a good friend of mine. Debbie
