Hi Tammy, I'm feeling good except for these dog gone gas pains, just on my left side. I did sleep better in my own bed. I just came back in from walking. I'm sipping my apple juice, I tried a little applesauce that was ok. Other than that no regrets here. Thanks for checking in. Michele

Hi Michele I am so sorry that I didn't get to visit with you at the hospital. I stopped in to visit on Tuesday afternoon and you and Carol were still in recovery waiting to go to your room. Then, since my surgery was postponed to next week, I went over to my church 'cause Wednesday nights we have our Pioneer Club meetings and I am a Pioneer Club Leader for the Voyager group of boys and girls. I went in to visit last night and Carol told me that you got discharged that morning. So glad to hear that you are doing well. I heard the clown visited and madeyou both laugh. I saw Denise last night. She is in room 5006. She is doing well. Keep us posted with your progress. Rose

Hello Michele, I am 7 days post op. I know what you mean about gas pains. Some advice that I can give is it does go away!!! They went away around postop day #5. Alos lying on your left side may help or getup on your hands & knees on your bed and rock back & forth and it will come out. I hope this helps. take care Jenn whitehead
