I'm home

I got home about 11 this morning. I'm feeling pretty good except for the gas pains. I've taken Gas X, but that doesn't seem to help much. The surgery went off without a hitch. Of course I did not get much sleep in the hospital so I couldn't wait to get in my own bed. Tammy and Rose thank you so much for checking up on Carol and I. Carol just loved the e-mails from everyone she got yesterday from the clown. Well back to bed for me. I'm update more later. Is there anything else I can take for the gas pains? Michele

Michele, So that explains why you didn't answer your phone today!!! I called twice and did not get an answer ... first time I thought you were out walking. Second time, I figured you were out alright!!! I was thinking you would not leave before late afternoon or even tomorrow when I called. But am very glad to hear you are home. I had trouble getting comfortable in the hospital also ... it felt so good to come home to my nice "comfy" recliner!!! About the gas pains ... ugh ... sorry to hear about them. I didn't have to deal with that so I can only give you advice that I have heard ... and that is to walk it off. Perhaps someone else who has better advice will be along soon to help you out. Continue resting, walking, sipping and let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Hugs, Tammy

Hi Michele, Welcome home! I really didn't have alot of gas to deal with, but what I did have was taken care of by walking. Oh and when your done walking, go walk some more! Glad you came through so well. Linda
