emails of encouragement needed

Hi everyone Debbie Ford and Janis Brown had gastric bypass surgery today over at Christiana Hospital. Debbie is in room 5031 A and Janis is in room 5031 B. Hi Tammy, I am doing good. Thanks for asking. Still exercising vigilently. I am working 2 days a week now. I love it. Staying busy with my Mom, hubby, kids & grandkids. Good thing I'm in good health. Otherwise they can wear me out. I'mm gonna try your fudge recipe and add nuts for a little crunch. I'll let you know how I make out. ((HUGS)) Elissa

Good to hear all is well with you Elissa! You are doing an awsome job!!! Keep it up! Have you tried the fudge yet? Looking forward to hearing what you think of it. Adding the nuts is a great idea. I tried a new version of it the other night ... didn't turn out so good (tried a different brand of protein).
