It's all good Shay, and we ALL get hit with our issues at some point. Remember my " I feel like an altered alien post?" lol Just the other day I emailed a gal on the main board who was having those exact same "altered feeling" issues. She was so relieved to find out that someone didn't think she was a whacko...but then again, look *****sponded to her glad you're feeling better and just keep hangin' in. You are gonna be just fine

Everyone has given such good advice... and I can only ditto what they say! This surgery is not a magic device... we do have to work with this "tool" that we have been given for the rest of our lives. The good thing is that you have this wonderful 2nd family here at OH.com. Remember we are all here for you and do post and we shall respond... that's what were are here for. We've all been in your shoes before and we've gotten thru our trials and tribulations with the help of support from people like you! The holidays are upon us and it's gonna get a little hard at times... but remember where you came from... and don't ever go back there! Best Wishes to you!

Hi Shay, Just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers. Sorry, you're going through such a tough time. I don't have any advice to offer because I always look to you for advice! Hang in there! By the way, you look awesome - I like your new picture! Angie

Hi Shay! I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling but know that you are among friends on this Message Board. If there's one thing that I've learned here, it's that people do care about what you're going through (even if they haven't been there themselves). One of my biggest fears has been to go through all this pain and risk yet still be faced with food/hunger issues. I encourage you to keep sharing your feelings (perhaps even journaling them) and to stay in prayer. Prayer changes things. Also, please don't forget to be gentle on yourself. Make sure you're getting your proteins in. Try to break your 3 meals into 6 smaller meals. Exercise a little (even if it's just a short walk). Talk to the dietician if your concerns are growing. Don't let the blues get you down. You've come too far and gone through too much to stop fighting. A woman described her decision to have suregry as her decision to fight for her life. You're a wonderful woman so keep fighting. We'll help anyway that we can! Take care and be blessed! Cassandra

Hey Cassandra, Thank you for response....Trust me I'm gonna keep my eyes on the prize girl....The road is rough @ times but I can handle it! I found that about 80% of this WLS process is mental... So get ready
