Hi everyone I found this recipe on the CA site. It sounded so good, that I had to share. Unjury Fall Pumpkin Pudding 1 Package (1 oz) of Butterscotch JellO Sugar Free Instant Pudding 1 Cup of Skim milk 2 Scoops of Unflavored Unjury 1/2 Cup of Canned Pumpkin 1/2 Teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice 1/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon 1/8 Teaspoon of Nutmeg 1/8 Teaspoon of Ginger Measure 1 cup of cold fat free milk (package directions call for 2 cups) Add two scoops of Unflavored Unjury to the one cup of cold skim milk. Mix thoroughly the dry UU in the milk by shaking and stirring. Then follow the pudding package directions by putting the JellO Sugar Free Instant Pudding mix in a bowl. Add spices to dry pudding. Blend spices and dry pudding, mix thoroughly with a fork. Pour in the previously mixed Unjury plus milk Add 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) Stir/Beat until thoroughly mixed (a wire whisk or mixer works best) Place in small container and chill in fridge. Top with one tablespoon of Fat Free Cool Whip and enjoy....... 16 grams of protein per 1/2 cup serving. Please note that this recipe if formulated specifically for use only with Unjury Protein. This is a hi protein, low carb recipe. Rose

Rose, This is good. I've made it before, with while chocolate SF pudding substituting the butterscotch pudding. It is verrrrrrrry yummy. Elissa
