And one more quick question
I've been meaning to bring this to the forum for about a month or so. I'm almost five months away from my surgery (June 29). I'm pleased to say that I've lost 77 pounds since the surgery and passed the 100-pound mark from my highest weight a month or so ago. I haven't heard anything negative about my blood work, so I guess all is going well there. My problem is that I get tired rather easily. I find this disturbing because I my schedule doesn't allow time for fatigue and it's going to get busier in January. Is this something to put up with until we reach our goal weight or is it something to expect during this process of rapid weight loss?
Thanks

PS I asked my doctor about it and he said you just have to press through it . . . which I do, of course. But I would like to understand what is happening.
Thanks

Hi, Diane....
I used to get tired like that, too, and still will if i'm not taking my vitamins religiously, esp my B-12. I would look at the basics...plenty of water, sleep, vitamin regiment and of course, u'r main energy source--food. Make sure u'r getting adequate amounts of each.
Let us know how things go....
Happy Holidays!
