I know when you are in ketosis (sp) you have bad breath but can there be a strong urine smell as well or am i maybe not drinking enough? again SORRYYYYYY

Alot of times the strong urine smell comes from the vitamins. I know when I take my prenatal vitamins I can smell it. Also some vegetables cause a strong odor.

yes, strong smell for me from the vitamins as well as not drinking enough.
I have been taking Devrom. It works fairly well to control the odors, but 6 to 8 tablets per day.
Shay suggested InnerMint, which I am going to try starting tomorrow.

I have not experienced this yet, but if I do and then decide to take either the Devrom or the InnerMint, how do you take it? Is this something that happens within the first few months of the surgery?
