One more thing ... I have read that we need to avoid sustained released meds after surgery also.

On Saturday's meeting Dr. Wynn said that Celebrex was ok to take. Just call into the office when in doubt. Nicki

Hey Nicki, I was surprised by that answer from Dr. Wynn. I had to stop taking Celebrex about month prior to my surgery. I was only allowed to take Tylenol after that. Not sure if this is new thinking from the office, or a misstatement. Someone should investigate. Rob

Nicki Are you sure? I stopped taking mine because of my upcoming surgery date. Can I really go back on it? I am starting to feel crippled. this is me trying to walk, oh my back, my knees. lol Rose
