Food Journal 11-11 Thursday
Okay guys ... I am soooo embarrassed to post this food journal but part of the point of these posts is accountability ... right? So here goes ...
Veggie Burger
1 slice Naturally Slender Cheese
1 bag of microwave popcorn (yep you read that right - the whole stinkin bag)
2 small slices of Domino's Low Carb Thin Crust Pizza
Didn't even bother doing the carb, cal, protein count on this day ... I KNOW it was all WAY off!!!
*jumping back on to the wagon today* Anyone ready to help hoist me up??? HEAVE HO HEAVE HO
You know what the worst part is ... I lost over 2 pounds this morning after days and days and days of no loss what-so-ever!!! Gonna make it hard to jump back on for sure!!! I SO want to lose the rest of this weight ... I just have to remind myself ... not at the risk of my health. *sigh*
BTW - I am going to post an awesome site in another post ... you all should really check it out!
OK I'm not doing so well but I just don't feel good and don't feel like eating or drinking for that matter so here it goes
B- 20 Oz Shake
S- 15 Oz Shake
L- 7oz Hormel Chili
D- 1 chicken patty w/cheese
16oz Fruit 2o
yep thats ithowever right now i am stating this morning w/ fortified Oatmeal so I can get back in the swing of things
Hi Kristina,
I hope you are feeling better soon. Looking at your intake for the day considering you are having pouch issues I think you did pretty well! I'm seeing a total of 51 oz of fluid, most don't get near that when they don't feel well. Make sure you drink as much as you can to avoid dehydration. I'm guessing on the protein calculation at aprox 60 or so? Hard to tell without knowing which products you are using..once again, may people don't get that on a GOOD day let alone when they aren't feeling like eating.
The chili gave you not only protein but some much needed fiber to keep things..uhh...moving lol. The shakes are doing double duty for protein and liquid. Not too shabby for one with an ulcer! Feel better soon.
Linda
Ok Tammy, am slowing the wagon down for you to hop back on! Really tho, your 'bad' day might not have been such a bad thing...it may actually have been enough to jump start your body back into losing mode again. I am a firm believer of changing things up (within reason lol ) to trick the body. Hi cal / low cal days are a good thing. Well, having said that, let's discuss that bag of popcorn... I had a snacky sort of day yesterday.

Kimberly,
Think I am becoming a *gasp* vegetarian. I love those little burgers so much better than just about anything else I eat right now. They go down so well!!! Another real change in my life ... would have NEVER even looked at a veggie burger pre-op!!!
I forgot you are in Tex Mex county ... YUMMY ... Is Rosa Maria a local eatery? I used to love El Loco Pollo when I was in San Diego. Had a marvy little authentic place that served huge platters of the BEST ever Mexican food. Made several meals for even me as a pre-op!!! Great food, HUGE portions!!! Ahhhh but those days are long gone, both geographically and physically!!! Now I just shop for clothing instead of food!!! Just joking!!!
Have a great day!
Hugs,
Tammy
