Ok...I'm really needing help in this..ya'll are great!! Breakfast: Protein Bar Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast Dinner: Slice of Boars Head Turkey, 3 squares of cheese(cracker cuts) Snack: Smoothie with isopure banana and strawberries I did drink a good amount of crystal light today..but could have eaten better. I wasn't feeling hungry..my stomach(pouch..lol) was not feeling great this morning.

Wednesday I had: 1/2 light english muffin 1 egg 1 slice cheese melted Midmorning: 2 string cheese Lunch: 2 chicken tenders a few fries snack: 5 Wheat Thins cream cheese Dinner: 3 oz meatballs w/ sauce melted mozzarella 10 oz carb countdown 20 oz Zero Carb Isopure Snack: 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ ground flax and sunflower seeds 118 grams protein No salad today and boy did I miss it! I find I definitely feel better on days when I eat enough veggies.

Hey Kim! Wednesday - B-16oz NF milk w/pkt CIB handful of goldfish S - Q smart bar L - chicken enchiladas S - chili w/cheese (thick homemade) D - mushrooms stuffed w/crab imperial/cheese S - bowl of chili Water - 50 oz About 100 grams protein for the day.

Kimberly, Here is my food intake for the past few days. Remember, I am NOT anywhere near a shining example of the WLS poster girl! Still struggling trying to figure out how to lose the rest of this weight while remaining as healthy as possible. Still open for suggestions guys? Sure hope you get to feeling better soon! Take good care of yourself AND stay warm!!! BTW - I have been putting a heating pad in my bed to help keep me warm at night. I snuggle with it all night. I read where our coldness is due more to lack of fat in the diet rather than lack of fat on our bodies. Makes sense to me since I was cold right after surgery, long before I had lost much insulation. And since we are supposed to malabsorb fats .... well anyway, makes sense to me. Either way, just trying my best to stay warm!!!
