My 17 year old son and I were playing around in the kitchen while I was making dinner last night and I went to drag him back to where I was. To which he drug me across the room. Then he looked at me laughing and said "you are getting lighter now so I'd be careful who ya try to drag around". Just thought it was 1 funny and 2 i was amazed a 17 year old boy would even notice. Ill update after my EGD today. Kristina

Kristina, A 17 yr old boy NOT notice a female??? Come on now!!! *grin* Okay, okay ... I get your point ... you are not a female in his eyes ... you are "only" mom. It is cool that he would notice isn't it??? Congrats on your loss!!! Be sure to let us know how it goes today. Hugs, Tammy

Hi Kristina, I laughed when I read this. The other day in Applebees I was sitting next to hubby and told him I was going to push him out of the booth. LOL he ended up scooting me all the way over to the side and squishing me. I couldn't budge him at ALL. I used to be able to hold my own in a wrestling match. Not anymore Linda

Same here! I was wrestling with my 17 yr old (the 'adopted" one). He weighs about 130 pounds. He used to not be able to budge me, but Saturday night, he picked me up (only a few inches) off the ground !!!!! Ken

Kristina, I agree with Tammy...a 17 year old not noticing?? Ha Ha! A couple of weeks ago one of my daughters friends asked me if I was losing weight, after saying yes I asked her why? She said 'cuz you now you look normal...I just laughed. I guess I would have been kinda offended but she is only 4 years old!! Even the little ones notice...everything! Susan
