Update and Question
It's been just a little over a month and I have dropped 42 lbs and feel just great. Looking forward to the 100 lb drop in a few months. I can actually put my socks on without a struggle and getting out of breath, and tying the laces of my shoes without any problems. This in itself is a new beginning for me.
Now to my question....I have run out of the Tyenol/Codiene they prescribed for me. Used the last few doses for a bad tooth and a bad back (broke it in 1972 while in the Army).
What do we use for pain reliever now since pills are off the list like asprin and my favorite Ibuprofen (for my back)?
Thanks for all the feedback so far, it does help
.

Tom,
Isn't is absolutely wonderful? And the best part is ... you are just beginning! There are so many wonderful WOW moments in front of you! Make sure you record these moments while remembering them. In a year from now, when you look back at that journal, it will be hard to believe all the changes that you have been through.
About the pain relief ... sure wish I knew also. My back is getting worse daily (hernia and belly putting too much stress on it). Nothing OTC seems to be working well for me. We both need get in to or call the doc and get his/her input on what will help relieve the pain a bit.
Wishing you much continued success in your journey.
