Think a KFC biscuit sounds good? Check this out first!
Oh my goodness guys ... check this out. I was loading in the stats for my meal yesterday and had to go on the hunt for my KFC meal. Gotta tell you when I saw those stats ... I was in SHOCK!!! Okay, so I KNEW that KFC was not a great choice, but figured it was a better choice than some fast food places. Well anyway .... check out this nutrition calculator for my meal .... keep in mind, it is showing a whole biscuit and I only ate half (thank goodness) but even still ... that meal sure bit me in the backside!!! LITERALLY!!!! The worst part ... I already had a half biscuit and another chicken leg today (leftovers - I was lazy, what can I say?) Guess that will be about the last time I eat one of those soft, delicious balls of pure fat!!! Talk about accountability!!! OUCH!!!

Trust me ... step away from the biscuits ... veggie sticks are much better call!!! I didn't think the chicken leg was all that bad in a pinch though. Although that still may be me just trying to justify it!!! (I REALLY like KFC Chicken)
