Food Journal (by request) Monday 11-02
Hey Tammy, thanks for doing this. Tina, thank you for posting your intake. You are truly a help for me. I would eat a few m&m's here and there, a bite or two of cake, etc, but you have truly taught me that I have to pay attention and not get addicted to that type of food. That is not to say I will never have another M&M, but it shows me that I have to be disciplined to have these things in Moderation. I also think you are taking positive steps by first recognizing that you are having a problem, then asking for help to get through it Don't be so hard on yourself and take it one day at a time! ~Shelly
B - 1 chocolate carb solutions shake - 21 (g) protein
20 oz water
S - 8 cubes 2% cheese 9 (g) protein
40 oz water
L - 1/2 cup Tuna w/ mayo, celery, mustard, 8 soy chips 25 (g) protein
D - 3 oz ham w/ 1/4 cup steamed zuccini 15 (g) protein
18 oz water
S - 3/4 cup seedless grapes
25 oz crystal light w/ vitamin shoppe vanilla whey protein 20 (g) Protein
90 g protein, 58 oz water, 25 oz crystal light! I usually try to at least get in 64 oz of water! I will try better today!
I had a few mints yesterday but didn't think it had much value to include.
OK, I'm going to try to remember. I haven't kept my journal in quite a while. My days have been just sooooooo crazy !!!!
6:00am Banana
7:00 32 oz Syntrax Nectar 46 grams
lunch fresh turkey with dijon mustard and cheddar cheese
snack: 1 1/2 cups nuts
32 oz Syntrax Nectar
bowl (probably 2 cups) SF mint ice cream
lemon pepper chicken probably 2 oz
8 oz low carb yogurt
32 oz Unjury with SF DaVinci syrup (peppermint paddy)
another bowl of SF ice cream
another cup of nuts
I usually have a salad for lunch, but I took the day off from work (and the salad bar)
I have decided to not buy the SF ice cream any more because it just goes down sooooo nice. If I continue to buy it, I'll continue to eat it every day !!!
