By looking at what you posted, I am counting about 76-80 oz of fluids yesterday. That is phenominal!!! You have nothing to worry about there at all in my opinion!!!
5:30 - 8 oz
8:00 - 4 oz
9:00 - 20 oz
2:00 - 16 oz
4:00 - Soup? Liquid? 4 oz?
6:00 - 20 oz
Rest of the night - 8 oz
Be sure to let us know how it goes with the doc appointment on Friday!

OK...here goes - this is not going to be pretty...
b = 1 low carb waffle w/ margarine and sf syrup
l = 3 oz cream of crab soup
s = 1 reeses stick - i didnt even like it - unsure why i pushed myself to fini**** -- maybe it was the 2 g of protein -- - nope, I'm thinking it's pms???
d = 4 oz of homemade chili
s = 12 oz carb cd ff milk w/ 1 sf hot choc and 1 scoop choc unjury
additional liquids = 40 oz of sf koolaid throughout the day
On an up note - I actually exercised tonight - 20 min on the air glider -
I hope Tuesday's menu is a bit better - and intend on doing the exercise again...
I'm almost 10 months out and am down 155 lbs - with about 50 to go....

You are doing so great my little angelette!!! YEAH on the glider!!! I am sooo proud of you!!! I am heading out in a few to hit the gym again. Better watch out ... really working on getting me some serious guns (biceps) to flash away at will!!! You know I am going to need them when we hit the road together!!!

(D) - shrimp voila - small portion maybe 2 oz - didn't touch the pasta, just shrimp and veggies - (didn't stay in).
More carb countdown milk and water
(S) a few pretzels

PS not able to eat much solids, still. Therefore, my protein intake is much compromised and getting very sick of soup. Can't stomach most canned soups. Sick of WaWa soups, too. They all seem like they are just full of salty wet potatoes. Carbs like pretzels and cereal go down and stay in but trying to steer clear of them.
Any suggestions or comments?

Oh my goodness girl, I didn't realize you were having this hard of a time. If it were me, I would really up my protein drinks per day. If you have to get all your protein in shakes, hot chocolate, smoothies etc right now, just do what you have to do to get that protein in. You don't want to take the chance of your muscles (heart) wasting. Not sure what the nutritionist or the doc told you to get in, but 39 gms is not enough to protect yourself long term. Do you know if you are you proximal or distal? Have you tried the oatmeals from the docs office? How about Unjury unflavored in your soups? Have you tried any of the other protein drinks to help get your protein levels up? I was planning on having that "protein fest" after the holidays, but it sounds as if you need some intervention right away . I would welcome you to come to my home and we could go over some of the drinks that I like to see if they sit well with you? And still do the protein fest after the holidays. Let me know Dianne, I would be more than happy to share my protein with you AND let you sample. You really do need to get those levels up sooner than later. You looked real good when I saw you, and we want to keep you that healthy. Okay??? Please think about coming over here and we can have a protein date ...SOON?
BTW - stay away from the pretzels/chips (simple carbs) and etc that go down so easy. They will bring you nothing but heartache in the months to come. We will get you protein rich and ready to fight that junk-food monkey before it comes to attack you!!!

You are such a sweetie. I am going to the vitamin shoppe for unflavored protein powder. I have some vanilla and chocolate but I have to start using them again. I fortify the carb countdown milk and drink about 16oz of it at a time by mixing 8oz of white & 8 oz of choc for a protein booster. Oh, and I do take the carbwell bars to help most everyday, didn't have one yesterday. I should have after I lost my dinner, but just didn't. I usually have two of the hot chocs per day, just didn't yesterday. So my proteins aren't as bad as yesterday's sample usually but I know they need to be higher.
Any soup suggestions since I'm bored with the few I like?
Hope someone posts this daily or a few times a week as I need ideas.

Ok...here's my truth from yesterday:
B--protein bar
2 small halloween packs of m&m's(there are no more left!! Thank goodness!!!)
L--meatball with sauce and ricotta cheese
S-handful of sunflower kernels
D-Protein Smoothie(isopure strawberry cream with strawberries w/splenda, a banana, ice and water) 50 grams of protein
S-popcorn about 2 cups

You are more than welcome!!! It is really helping me also!!! As far as who started it ... it could have very well have been me. Sometimes I have difficulty remembering my own name. Certainly have been know to miscall my children's names. They get the biggest kick out of that!!!
Isn't it funny the things that amuse young children???
