A special visitor!

You guys are not going to believe this...but we just had Margaret Keenan from PMRI here at work. Today was Stress Relief Day in our department and we had a bunch of different activities scheduled---chair massages, relaxation techniques, popcorn and funny movies in the boardroom ...and an hour long meditation/relaxation session this afternoon with Margaret. Her session is called, "Unwind Body and Mind: Mastering the Art of Relaxation ($40 at PMRI). For those of you that had her for your psych evaluation, it was quite different between that and something fun and relaxing. Wow! I feel so great right now...and I'm fighting a humdinger of a cold, too. But I'm relaaaxxxed. And I'm heading to Borders for my meditation tape! Btw, sorry I missed you all for the meeting. I'm afraid I won't be at the next two, either, as I'm working on the weekends during the holiday season. But I'll be there in spirit and I love reading the, uh, minutes! Seems we're gonna have to keep Deb and Joe separated from now on. Miss you all!!! (((hugs))) -Karen

Hi Karen!! I hope you feel better from your cold, now on to the purpose of this post......deb and i were separated!! Of course it was Linda who was in between us, so i don't know if that made it better or worse! And of course, since Linda was laughing at my comments, i felt the need to continue with my witty remarks.....Sooooooooo, i guess this can be put on Linda's shoulders! Woohoo, I wanna be a butterfly girl too. Um, can I be a "girl" at 42? lol I'm sure Charlie was just thrilled, maybe we can do his hair and give him a wax while his butterfly T-shirt dries. Great, now we aren't invited anymore lol. 96+...I think it's very cool. yay!
