Wow, now you have me thinking ( ok, how scary is THAT? lol ) With the carb countdown ( I used 10 oz ) it has 15 grams of protein, you could really bump that up by adding the egg. The jumbo eggs I have say 8 grams each.
If you were to whisk the egg then add some of the warm carb countdown in to temper it..return the whole thing to the original pan to warm through I bet it would work! Kind of the same way you do a hollandaise and try not to break the sauce, except in this case scramble the egg lol. Add a little nutmeg and you're in business. I'm gonna try it. Good thought Elissa!
