Hi, I really feel that a therapist is needed now. Head hunger is now kicking into high gear and I want desparately to learn to deal with my old behaviors before they come sneaking up on me at goal. This has been my fear all along. I need to know how to deal with them and identify each one. Its easy right now....can't eat much. Its only going to get harder because I am noticing I am eating more (okay so its an ounce or two more). I need controls in place. If anyone has a good therapist they are using and can recommend to me that would be great! Thanks Debbie

hey deb, the brandywine center has an awesome group of therapist that deal with women's issues especially eating disorders. i attended a workshop (six or so weeks long) called "large women, small voices" several years ago which helps you to explore the reasons behind your eating behaviors. it was run by dr robin sesan. she is awesome! i wouldn't mind going again if my insurance would pay for it but they won't...good luck and good for you for identifying the issue and dealing with it straight on..

Gwen, Where is the Brandywine Center??? I have no clue. The workshop sounds like a good idea. I will check out anywho.com to see if I can find Dr. Robin Sesan. Thanks for the information. I need to address this soon. Debbie
