my stress test results weren't good

Oh Rose. Easier said than done, but don't rush to conclusions. I'll be thinking good thoughts for you. But remember that even after all this is over, they wouldn't clear you unless they KNOW that you are well enough for Gastric Bypass Surgery. So like the others said, rest and take care of yourself and jump one hurdle at a time. It will all work out in the end. Best wishes, Dianne

Hello Rose, I had my stress test on Wednesday and received a phone call Thursday evening from Dr. Adeleke and was told as well that my stress test came back abnormal. What a shock. I have had no symtoms. He then preceeds to tell me not to worry and that he would call me the next day to let me know of his decision. Quite honestly after he told me the test was abnormal I can't remember much else. Something about not enough blood flow to the aorta. I have not heard a thing as of today. Like you I am going to continue with my other appointments, but this certainly does throw a monkey wrench into it. I hope things go well for you and you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Ellen

Hi Ellen Dr Adeleke is also the same doctor who called me. He told me also not to worry. But how can you not worry when it comes to your heart. I know how you felt when you were on the phone with him. All I could say was "ok, ok, ok." Ellen, I will be praying for you that everything goes well. I will not be at Monday's meeting.
