International Coffee
I used to buy the General Foods International Coffee all the time. I can't find anything in their line anymore that is decaf and sugar free other than the vanilla and Suisse Mocha, both of which are less than worth the money in my opinion. I experimented a bit and came up with my own version. Cheap, good and meets the guidelines.
Per 8 oz cup:
1 1/2 tsp. Folgers Instant Decaf
1 1/2 tsp. Coffeemate ( the dry version )
a smidge of cinnamon
2 packets of Splenda
Add all the dry ing. into a cup then add the water ( less lumps that way )
mm mm mm Cafe Vienna. The trick seems to be using equal parts of instant coffee and creamer. You could use cocoa too. I guess you could even punch up the protein content by adding some Unjury if you want to.
