Ok Heres my two cents hee hee I am going through the same thing well was about a month ago. I started to notice that I could eat more and more sugar etc... I started to up my protein and cut out those carbs and the sugar (always a constant struggle) so about 2 weeks ago I started to catch a cold. I, of course, ate/ am eating less...once that sugar left my system I noticed that when I did "taste" (and it was just a taste) of sugar it made me incredibly nauseous...AND when I went to eat something it felt like my pouch shrunk or something and could hardly eat much at all!!! So from what I experienced when you cut out sugars completely for a week your dumping mechanism seems to kick back into gear and when you dont eat as much in a week... your pouch adjusts and seems to "shrink" NOW thats just my exprience of course but it seems to be doing the trick. But i really focused on that protein more than anything. try a sugar fast and cut down on food for a week and see if that "adjusts" things back to normal for you I wish you the best!
