Yummy new cereal bar!!!

Hey, guys... I tried one of these the other day (peanut butter)...and can I just say...scrumptious! Here's the scoop: Post, one of the biggest cereal makers, has come out with a breakfast alternative: a cereal bar. The new product is called Post CarbWell, a high protein cereal bar that comes in three flavors (peanut butter, cinnamon raisin and cranberry almond). Each cereal bar has 9 grams of net carbohydrates, 10 grams of protein and 140 calories. The PB one has 5 grms of sugar and 3 grms of sugar alcohol. Available in supermarkets nationwide, Post CarbWell cereal bars have a suggested price of $3.49 for a box of five bars (there's also a $1 off coupon on the inside of the box). Yeah these are good. I have been using them for a few months now along with Q-Smart bars. I had one in my purse yesterday and ate it for a snack at the band competition. Handy to have around.

I LOVE the cinnamon raisin ones, but they seem to be really hard to find. All the stores seem to have the cranberry and the peanut butter ones. I did find them at the Super Walmart down in Camden, DE and stocked up on them. Debbie
