Better than nothing I guess
Hate to sound like Brett from Dr.Wynns office!,Walk,walk,and more walking. I read something about the importance of drinking water or water and protein drinks. You need more fluid to flush out the fat and waste products stored in your cells to lose weight. I read about the water and exercise and was only losing 2lbs a week for the past 2 months, I weighed my self this week and boom!! I lost 7 lbs in 1 week. keep the faith-- do what your suppose to do,and don't worry, It takes time to lose weight.
