Better than nothing I guess
Thank you all for the positive vibes. Other wise I am doing great and feel great I have stepped up the walking to 20 mins everyday instead of everyother day. Im doing ok with the water intake however my protein is a bit low about 60 to 65 grams a day Brett said hed like to see 80 so Im just going to and unflavored Unjury to everything I drink. I have decided that if slow and steady is what my body wants then thats the way its going to be as long as its a constant loss and no gaining I'm on the right road. I hope to make it to the next support group meeting now that I can drive Yippyyyyyyy ..... Kristina
Hang in there and let your body do it's thing. You may not be a slow losr at all. Have you noticed any fluid retention? You may still be holding on to that from the hospital for whatever reason. Sounds like you have a good plan in the works by adding the protein to your drinks, double benefit of staying extra hydrated to flush out those fluids as well as getting in the extra protein.
