Ebay her as well. Seller is Creative Medical ID, they have a lot with crystals etc, very pretty, and under $40 including engraving of the tag. good luck.

If you like silver I found a nice style at the Silver Works in the Prices Corner shopping center for $50.00. They also engrave.
