GYM -- HUNTING!

Hey Terre, I just joined the Delaware Swim Club & fitness Center today in New Castle. I meet with a personal trainer on Monday evening to discuss a detail program for me. I needed a place near home (New Castle). I went on a tour of the gym today....and various pools...along with land equipment. It seems like it will do the trick for me I think the place your speaking of on rte. 40 is BODY VISIONS....my friend Shelly belongs to that gym. Maybe you can e-mail her....(SHELLY H C). Let me know if you need anymore information......The trainer there told me I was about the 7th or 8th GBP patient he's worked with.....

Thanks, Shay! I am going to check out the swim club too. How much is the cost. Hey it would be nice if we could get a discount. I used to go to Weigh****chers there and it was always crowded with swim teams but they probably have designated lanes that are free and the weight room is pretty nice with TVs. If I join there maybe we can meet sometime and share a Crystal Light afterward
